What can we say about Eric Dunphy? After being in the same house for 36 years we were unsure what we wanted our next stage home to be. Eric took us to lots of houses that represented a very wide range of sizes and styles. Throughout the twists and turns of our interests he was unshakably patient, supportive, informative, and responsive. We finally found the best fit for us and we have him to thank for educating us and shepherding us through the purchase process. (Buying houses has changed a lot in the last 36 years!)
